Teen Book Discussions at Irvington

The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time

Do you have an opinion about the books you read? Do you want to talk with other teens about what you’ve read? Irvington Library hosts a Teen Book Discussion Group the 3rd Monday of the month at 4:30 pm. Our August 20 meeting, features the mystery The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time by Mark Haddon. After a dog is murdered a teen decides to find out what happened.

Looking for AlaskaFor September 17, we are reading Looking for Alaska by John Green. Leaving his safe, boring, and familiar life for the unknown of a boarding school, Pudge discovers a richer, but less safe life.  Teens who want to join the discussion can pick up their own (yes, to keep) copy of the book of the month at the Information Desk at Irvington Library.
