I’m looking forward to January 1st. Why? Because even though I’ve tried really hard this past year to eat right and exercise, I’ve definitely stumbled along the way. November and December have been especially hard with holidays, food, fun, shopping….you get the idea. Of course, there were also days that I didn’t feel good or I was too tired, yada, yada. (sigh)
So….I can start fresh on January first! I’ll do strength training three days a week and walk or do the treadmill at least five days a week for at least 30 minutes, (yeah, right). I’m staying away from the candy, (ugh, I love dark chocolate), and I’m going to eat healthy! Of course, I may fall off the wagon again, but the point is, I just keep trying and I don’t give up; neither should you. This year will be better than last year! I just know it!

An idea that is developed and put into action is more important than an idea that exists only as an idea.
