2010 Summer Concerts

Summer’s almost here, and with it, an array of activities that take on a special significance this time of the year. I’m talking about barbeques, baseball, bonfires, and numerous others not starting with the letter B.

Back when I was a teenager, nothing stood out as a representation of sultry dog day fun more than summer concerts! It’s that time again when our favorite musical artists allow us to momentarily bask in their oh-so-fickle glory, regale us with unforgettable hits and bore us to tears with songs off their “new album.” All the while stripping us of every last penny we have as we scream ourselves hoarse demanding our mandatory two song encore. Good times!

Whether you desire your music mainstream or prefer keeping it indie, there’s plenty to choose from in and around Indianapolis this summer.
