Nine areas of focus have been identified where investment in Library services should be aligned and prioritized.
Public input will be collected through Public Launch event and survey questions through the Library's website, via email to library customers for whom we have email addresses, and in person through contacts among Steering Committee and Task Force participation and Library staff.

- To identify target audiences, unmet needs, priorities
- To present findings to the Steering Committee and the Public
- To recommend the 2015-2020 library direction with supporting strategies and resources
