Are You Confused by Your e-Gadget Holiday Gift? Pick Up Your Phone.

If you received a Nook or Kindle or iPad or some other e-reading or audio-reading gadget as a holiday gift, and you’re having problems checking out titles from the library’s downloadable collection, there’s a number to call.

Beginning December 27th, you can call 275-4500 between 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. any day of the week, to speak with an Indy Library e-reader enthusiast who will be glad to help with your questions.
This hot-line service will be available through February 2nd, and will be unavailable only when the library is closed on New Year’s Day and Martin Luther King Day.

ALSO: If you happen to be in the Central Library Atrium at that time in the afternoon, you can speak to one of the e-reader telephone people in person.
