Lynn Emanuel to Visit IUPUI on April 14th

On Thursday, April 14th, at 7:30 p.m., poet Lynn Emanuel will give a reading in the Lilly Auditorium of IUPUI’s University Library.
Ms. Emanuel is the author of the collections Noose and Hook (2010), Then, Suddenly– (1999), and Hotel Fiesta (1984), among others.
I had planned to acquire some permissions to reprint her poems, but I was busy running the streets, trying to take charge of my left leg which veers lightly outward and to the left: it is a leg lost to first position and part of the general malfunction–Wait a minute! I’m stealing lines from our visiting poet! Unforgivable!
