Adults are invited to discuss the selected book title. Facilitator Anja Saak, who was trained by The Reader Organisation, will read excerpts from the book, but group members may volunteer to do so. The reading is interspersed with discussion. Refreshments will be served.

In partnership with WorkOne and EmployIndy, the Library presents a free class for unemployed or underemployed individuals to receive one-on-one assistance to enhance their employment skills. The session, held in the Computer Training Lab, will focus on job search strategies, interviewing skills, resume development, and instruction on basic computer skills. The TCU Foundation Job Center is made possible by TCU Foundation and Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.
- Microsoft Excel 2010 Basics

Learn how to organize and analyze numbers and text in a spreadsheet format. By the end of this class you should be able to create and format a spreadsheet; enter and edit data; and use basic formulas to add, subtract, multiply and divide any number of figures in a horizontal row or vertical column. Before taking this class you should be comfortable using Microsoft Word. This program is made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation. This class will be held in the Computer Training Lab.
