Locations & Hours

The Indianapolis Public Library is made up of the Central Library, 22 branches, and the Library Services Center.

Branch amenities include:

Public computers with internet access and Microsoft Office.
Printing and copier services.
Wireless internet access at no charge.
Credit Cards are now accepted for payment of fines and fees. The Library accepts Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Many branches are located on IndyGo bus routes.

All library materials can be returned to any Indianapolis Public Library location.

Holidays

All Library locations are closed on New Years Day, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, except InfoZone (open Children's Museum hours).
