All good things eventually come to an end. Today, Saturday, July 28, 2012 is the very last day you can turn in books for points for the 2012 Gear Up for Good Summer Reading Program. After today, you can no longer add points to your point card. You can, however, spend points for prizes until Saturday, August 4, 2012. If you have had your eye on a particular prize, you better get moving!
It’s been fun. I hope you read a lot of good books! If you read a good book that you want to tell other kids about – Tell Us About a Book You Liked so other kids can see it in the blog. Or, you can leave a comment about a book that has already been featured in the blog. The best kind of good book source is another kid! Even though the Summer Reading Program is over this blog will keep going – come back often to find out about good books to read.
I know it’s tough to face but it’s time to start thinking about homework again.
