| Description: |
Examine the changing role of the library in modern society and within the community through music, art and sketch comedy. Featured will be improvisational singing by the Indianapolis Women's Chorus, a performance by the Three Dollar Bill comedy group, and the creation of library-inspired artwork by Big Car Collective artists. Also, inspirational storytellers from JourneysFire will help attendees digitally record their own stories and experiences. This program is part of the Spirit & Place Festival, which runs through November 15. The festival is funded with generous support from Lilly Endowment; the Allen Whitehill Clowes Charitable Foundation; The Indianapolis Foundation, an affiliate of CICF; TrendyMinds; Butler University; IUPUI; Eli Lilly and Company; and the University of Indianapolis.
