Families and children of all ages are invited for a hauntingly good time. Come dressed up in family-friendly costumes or just hang out with other ghouls. There'll be games, face and nail painting, crafts, coloring pages, mask making, goodies and children's stories of Haunted Indiana with local award-winning young adult author Saundra Mitchell.



It's Sew Easy: Machine Sewing for Beginners

Registration Required

Adults and teens ages 14 and older are invited to learn the basics of sewing by making a pillowcase and a tote bag with a zippered pocket. A limited number of sewing machines will be available for student use, or you may bring your own. Supplies for the pillowcase will be provided. However, students must bring basic sewing tools and tote bag materials. A supply list will be provided upon registration. This four-week series of classes is free, but space is limited.

The Three Little Hoosier Pigs: A Children's Opera

Children ages 5 - 11 and their families are invited to a performance of a variation of the classic children's story, "Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf." This children's opera, presented through the Education and Outreach at the Indianapolis Opera, is set in Indiana and deals with bullies and the importance of following one's dreams.
This program will be held at 37th Place, 2605 E. 25th Street.
