Autism-friendly Program on Saturday, April 23rd.


Saturday, April 23rd at 2pm, in honor of Austism Awareness Month, children and families are invited to a special performance of this classic African-American folktale set to music for woodwind quintet. The performance will feature musicians from the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and storyteller Sondra Hayes. This program is presented by the Autism Society of Indiana, in collaboration with the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra and IMCPL.
This program will be held in the Clowes Auditorium at Central Library. The 2pm performance is an autism family-friendly program, with registration required by calling 658-2973. The 3pm performance is open to the general public, registration not required.
