INHP can provide creditworthy customers with low interest loans for repairs, down payments and the other costs that go with buying a home. Pre- and post-purchase counseling is available at no charge to help families improve credit and work on other issues in their pursuit of homeownership and/or house repairs. Full, factual credit report is $60. Also offers free classes to potential home buyers which provide an overview of each step in the buying process including information about the steps to obtain a mortgage, money management/credit issues, home inspections, homeowner's insurance, shopping for a home, buying a home needing renovation, closing information and the benefits of homeownership.
