IMCPL Provides Sunday Hours of Service at New Locations

Beginning Sunday, September 11, three branches of the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library will be open on Sundays for the first time. Lawrence Branch, located at 7898 N. Hague Road, the Pike Branch, located at 6525 Zionsville Road, and the Wayne Branch, located at 198 S. Girls School Road, will be open on Sundays from 1 - 5 p.m.

These branches will join seven other library locations in providing Sunday hours. These include the Glendale Branch, 6101 N. Keystone Avenue (open 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.), the Nora Branch, 8625 Guilford Avenue (open 1 - 5 p.m.), the Eagle Branch, 3325 Lowry Road (open 1 - 5 p.m.), the Southport Branch, 2630 E. Stop 11 Road (open 1 - 5 p.m.), the Warren Branch, 9701 E. 21st Street (open 1 - 5 p.m.), the InfoZone, 3000 N. Meridian Street (open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.), and the Interim Central Library, 202 N. Alabama Street (open 1 - 5 p.m.).

As part of the return to regular hours of service, all branch locations will be open on Fridays from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., except the InfoZone (open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.), the Glendale Branch (open 10 a.m. - 9 p.m.), and the Interim Central Library (open from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.).
