Indy Library Partners with Indiana History Society to Present 2014 Indiana Black History Challenge

This year's challenge, presented in partnership with The Indianapolis Public Library, explores black Hoosiers in medical care and advocacy. People of all ages are encouraged to visit www.indianahistory.org/challenge to investigate the topic and take the online quiz.
The first 5,000 entrants will receive two tickets to the Indiana Experience, and 30 lucky players will receive four tickets to see the Indianapolis Indians. Fifteen lucky entrants will win a pair of tickets to the opening night of Memphis courtesy of Broadway in Indianapolis, and one winner will receive the grand prize – an overnight stay at the Omni Severin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis, four tickets to The Children's Museum and a household membership to the Indiana Historical Society, which includes free year-round Indiana Experience admission.
The 2014 Indiana Black History Challenge is presented by the Indiana Historical Society in partnership with The Indianapolis Public Library and media partner 106.7 WTLC, with special thanks to the Omni Severin Hotel, Indianapolis Downtown Inc., Broadway in Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Indians.
