It's Time to Call-a-Pacer!

Children and families are invited to listen to their favorite stories in children's literature recorded by players from the Indiana Pacers or representatives of the Pacers organization on The Indianapolis Public Library's free 24-hour Call-a-Story telephone line at 275-4444.
Beginning April 2 and continuing through the month of June, Pacers players can be heard reading stories from such authors as Dr. Seuss, Laura Numeroff and Eric Carle.

The Library's Call-a-Story telephone service is supported by a grant from AT&T.
In 2011, Call-a-Story received 718,251 calls from children and families who listened to representatives from various local civic, cultural and athletic organizations read popular children's stories.
